Features:

- 48.3 diameter x 3.2mm thick high grade steel or 4mm grade 43A available

- "V" Pressings in clusters at 495mm intervals that provide connection points   for Ledgers and Transoms

- Transoms are in the form of inverted T or rolled section with wedge fixing   devices at each end

- Fit into lower "V" Pressing on standards

 


RINGLOCK

Features:

- 48.3 diameter x 3.2 thick high grade steel standards with a rosette at 500   centres

- Up to 8 connections made at one level

- Narrow openings in rosette position the ledgers at right angles

- Wide openings in rosette allows alignment of ledgers and diagonal braces at   the required angle

- Connected by sliding wedge head forming part of the ledger over the   rosette and inserting wedge into opening

LVL SCAFFOLD PLANK

Standard: OSHA&ANSI, A10& (US) BS2482 (UK) AS1577 (AUS)

all scaffold planks (boards) are continuously embossed with OSHA stamp (Certifying that each LVL plank is manufactured and tested in accordance with ANSI standardsas well as adherence to the OSHA standard 29CFR 1926.451 and Subpart L. Appendix A), production date, end sealed to help stop moisture entry. Additionally, we regularly arrange hot water boiled and dry test for each shipment with ASTM standard in the laboratory, this determines the bonding strength of LVL planks (boards).

GALVANISED STEEL SCAFFOLD TUBE

 

Scaffold tube is readily available, from 0.3m (1ft) UPTO and inclusive 6.3m (21ft) All other lengths can be cut to required size upon request.

The outside diameter of our scaffold tube is 48.3mm with a wall thickness of 4mm or 3.2mm (high yield)

Our scaffold tube is fully galvanised and conforms to BS EN39:2001

SOFTWOOD SCAFFOLD BOARDS BS2482 ( Source UK/ Central Europe)


Our scaffold boards fully comply with the standards issued by the British Standards Institute and are monitored for quality under the ISO9003 accreditation. The BSI licence is applicable to both visually graded boards and machine graded boards. All BS2482:1981 scaffold boards are marked with the following information, which is embossed on to the end plates:

BS2482 and the BSI Kite mark
The letters VG (Visually Graded) or MG (Machine Graded)as specified by the customer
Customer details (if applicable)
The words 'support every l.5m max'
Size Range (38mm x 225mm) includes:

FIRE RETARDANCY - CHEMICAL IMPREGNATION TECHNIQUES
Flame and fire retardant scaffold boards are also available from our range. Using chemical impregnation techniques, both the flame and fire retardant treatments are guaranteed 'leach free'. Suitable fire retardant treatments are Dricon and Pyroguard as recommended by the National Access and Scaffolding Confederation (NASC).
